Emily in Paris Season 3 has landed on Netflix just in time for Christmas and fans have been binge-watching their way through the show.

Aside from fans debating whether Emily (played by Lily Collins) should be with Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) or Alfie (Lucien Laviscount), one of the biggest talked about moments of the show is once again the outfits Emily is seen in as she waltzes around Paris.

Marylin Fitoussi is the costume designer on the show and it is fair to say, Emily's outfits vary from stunning and sophisticated to outlandish and bold throughout each season of the show.

1. Emily's Bathing Suit

Emily looks stunning and super chic in the 1950s and 60s-inspired Gingham bathing suit.

She paired her green and white bathing suit with white cat eye sunglasses, a colorful shawl, and a glass of rosé in hand.

2. The Blue Polka Dot Dress

Stopping off in Provence, Emily wears a gorgeous light blue polka-dot dress.
The midi dress comes complete with waist cut-outs and floaty bishop sleeves.

3. The Colored Blazer

Emily is no stranger to stepping out in bold colors and in Episode 1 of Season 3, she makes her mark by wearing a Mira Mikati neon plaid blazer that cleverly matches the flowers behind her.

She pairs the blazer with bright blue trousers and causes the audience to look twice at her by wearing a white and black stripy T-shirt under the blazer.

4. The Zebra Blazer

In Emily In Paris Season 3, Emily wears a statement Pierre Cadault zebra print top with structured shoulders that almost look like wings.

In the scene, Emily was attending a high-fashion couture evening, which does explain the extravagant nature of her look, but it sure was enough to turn people's heads.

Speaking to Elle about the bold blazer choice, Lily Collins, who plays Emily in the show, said it "looks kind of like a zebra and an elephant combined with the little micro shorts."

She continued: "I just loved the combination of those things amongst the neon of Pierre Cadault."

5. Purple Frills and Lots of Them

In Season 3, Emily attends an event with Maison Lavaux and she dresses up for the occasion in a Giuseppe di Morabito mini dress, complete with an eye-catching lavender jacket from Iris Apfel's collaboration with H&M.

It is quite the look, to say the least.

Speaking to Elle, costume designer Marylin Fitoussi shared she sourced nearly 40,000 pieces for Season 3, from luxury items to vintage stores and high-street brands.

She also addressed the criticism some fans make of Emily's fashion choices, reflecting: "I'm happy that people hate the show because that means my duty, it's done. My mission is done. That means that what we can see on screen, it's strong, it's bold, it's not regular or ordinary."

For Season 3, the feedback online has been mixed, with some fans obsessing over Emily's outfits and others poking fun at how whimsical they can be.
