Iranian influencer's 1million McLaren is SEIZED by police who found him driving without insurance

A millionaire Iranian influencer's gold McLaren supercar was seized after police found him driving it without insurance.

Pooyan Mokhtari, 31, was stopped at the Channel Tunnel Terminal in Dover on February 25 and saw his £1million Senna taken away by traffic officers, The Sun reports.

Mr Mokhtari - a singer, clothing brand CEO and caviar company founder believed to be worth £10million - had planned to ship the vehicle to Milan but was 'unable' to sort insurance when stopped by police, it is understood.

The McLaren, which can go up to 208mph, was driven away by officers because trying to fit it onto a recovery truck would have caused 'thousands of pounds worth of damage' to the undercarriage, a source said.

Mr Mokhtari's Instagram page, which has nearly six million followers, links to his clothing brand Lora Lord, his caviar company PM Caviar, and the cryptocurrency trading page TradoXchange.
