Not everyone is fortunate enough to be given a normal name.

An unusual or funny label chosen by blissfully unaware parents can become a life-long burden that is difficult to overcome.

Some of the affected choose to change their names while others stick with them and persevere through the mockery.

The internet has sensitively rounded up some of the most unfortunate names ever and compiled them into a list that will make you glad your parents had mercy when choosing yours.
