Five for five!
Nina Dobrev killed it in NYC, wearing a workweek’s worth of stylish outfits over just two days. Here, take a look at her on point looks on Aug. 4 and 5, and find out just what her stylist, Ilaria Urbinati, had in mind for each.
For her visit to SiriusXM Studios on Monday morning, the Let’s Be Cops star, 25, puckered up in a Markus Lupfer outfit. “This just felt cool and young, almost a little rebellious,” Urbinati tells Us Weekly of the embellished sweater and navy marble-printed skirt with coral multi-strap sandals.
After wrapping at SiriusXM, she stopped by Live with Kelly and Michael in a blush Andrew Gn dress that cut away to reveal neon yellow floral lining. “I loved the color combo. It’s so feminine but with a little twist,” the celeb stylist, who also works with Bradley Cooper and Emmy Rossum, tells Us. “It’s from Andrew Gn Resort, so it’s brand new, which is always fun.” She finished the dress with Oscar Tiye ankle-strap heels.
Next up: Extra. For her appearance, the Vampire Diaries star expertly mixed prints in a J. Mendel fitted dress and black-and-white Bionda Castana “Daphne” pumps. “I love a leaf print for some reason, and it was sexy with the little bit of sheer lining,” Urbinati says. “The shoes took the look up a notch.”
Back to black! To finish the day, Dobrev slipped into satin pants, a top, and moto jacket, all by Elie Saab, with the same Bionda Castana heels for a photocall with NYPD. “I liked how cool and sophisticated this was,” Urbinati tells Us. “I always love a pant look whenever we can do it, and I fell in love with that moon necklace from Andrea Fohrman. So I thought the simple top was the perfect showcase for it. I always love a jacket over the shoulders look. It’s so ‘Oh, I just threw this on.'”

The next day, Dobrev wore a striking Naeem Khan dress for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, which was a last-minute call. “She was originally going to wear a different dress, but the Naeem Khan was a dress from a shoot she did that day that she fell in love with,” Urbinati says. Gold and black Brian Atwood pumps complemented the black shift, which featured gold embroidery along the bodice.
